Started Slimming World today to lose the pounds I have put on since being in University!

I have done Slimming World quite a few times and I have lost and put back on the same 14lbs so many times my Cellulite has Deja Vu!

A rather embarassing incident happened to me last weekend due to my weight and I do not intend on being that embarassed again!

Thursday 30th April 2010

Breakfast
I had no breakfast as I didn't get out of bed until 2:30pm (I didnt go to sleep until 6am because there was a Spider hanging from my ceiling which I couldnt catch)

Lunch
Bacon, Lettuce and Mayonnaise Sandwich
2 Pieces of bread (HexB)
Lean Bacon
Lettuce
4tbsp Hellmans Extra Light Mayonnaise (2syns)

Tea
Chicken, Chips and Salad
1 Chicken Breast
227g Potato for chips (HexB)
Lettuce
Carrot
28g Grated Cheddar (HexA)
100g Sweetcorn (3.5syns)
2tbsp Hellmans Extra Light Mayonnaise (1syn)

Snacks
Ham and Cheese Lettuce Wraps
4 leaves Hearts of Romaine Lettuce for use as the 'wrap'
Lean ham
2 Extra Light Laughing Cow Cheese Triangles (2syns)

1 Mini Milk (1.5syns)

Total - HexABB and 10syns

Urgh being a student is so hard when your on a diet! Bad food is always so much cheaper.. pizzaz, chips, chinese, take out EVERYTHING! Just wondering do you just buy for yourself? How much would you spend a week on groceries? And what SW plan are you on? Good lucky ducky :) xx
