A third of veggies?

I'm on extra easy. I eat loads of fruit throughout the day.

Could I have a meal - say steak and "chips" and have 2 pieces of fruit after as an extra easy meal - or do i need to put vegetables on a plate?

Hi Cerianne,

It's best to have the fruits before your meal if you are not having super free veggies with it as it will fill you up more so you end up having a smaller portion of the steak & chips which will help with portion control. It really works as I tend to do that if I'm eating out or don't fancy salad/veg with my meal :)
