My husband has won a tin of roses in a raffle, which is great but now they are taunting me... what would the syn value be per sweet on ee

Either 2 or 2 1/2 on all plans except for hazlenut in caramel which is 3 1/2.

So you could definitely have some but would you be able to stop at just 3 or 4? I know i wouldn't
