When you want a bit of pepper for your salad , chop the top bit off , like you were cutting a lid ,and chop round the stalk ,
you are then left with a almost whole pepper for stuffed peppers:D
 
Thanks for that... it's a good idea. You could get really creative with fillings and things... what sort of things do you use to stuff peppers?

batchelers savoury rice is good , flavoured coucous is another ,
i also like to put a bit of tinned toms in the dish as well , it helps it to keep moist
