A Typical Week

a typical week for me well i tend to eat strawberries and yogurt for breakfast i have quite a fetish for strawberries i may also have quaker oats for breakfast if i want a change or if doing a cooked breakfast will have beans on toast with egg

lunch time depending on if i am in or out i will have jacket potoes sometimes with beans and sometimes with both cheese and beans - if i am home i will cook pasta and sauces maybe noodles what ever i fancy really sometimes i will just go with a bowl of strawberries and yogurt if i am fancying something sweet

tea times we tend to have a big meal somes chicken with potatoes and veg sometimes chicken - batcholer bean feasts bolognese style is great hit in this house - vegtable stews - ham egg and chips sometimes even a jacket potatoe of an evening

i am not really a planner which sometimes turns out to be a bad thing but i will not eat something i do not know the syn value of hubby commented last night that i seem to know all the values of chocolate and which chocolate is best to eat lmao.
