    This tip comes from one of my weight watches classes.

    Paper clips.....a paper clip for every pound that you have removed from your body weight.

    Keep them somewhere you can see and watch how quickly it becomes so long.

    Stones - in your wallet or pocket, actual stones (you can pick them up at hippy shops and crafty stores too) for each stone that you have removed from your body weight. These ones are supposed to be very good for motivation on maintenance.

    I am going to do this when i get around to getting a new bin, put a pound / half what eva your losses have been into a bin and watch it fill up.... ewe well we are losing fat after all!

    I like the paper clip idea, but I would imagine a bin full of lard would smell foul after a short while:sign0137:.

    How about a jar/bottle with, say, 20p pieces in, one for each pound lost, or if you are feeling "flush" £1 per lb lol xx
