A your first meeting

Hi all,

I ran a search but couldn't find the answer i was looking for.

If i joined WW meetings, what would i get at my first meeting? Do you get the books you need to be able to follow WW at home etc?

Hi

I joined WW 2 weeks go and I got a folder with some info about weight loss/recipes in it.

A point counting chart thing.

You get a small magazine each week and a tracker (thing to count your points on)
