Oh FGS today has gone from bad to worse, I have been pick pick picking and just polished off the kids leftovers - what a piggy! I really appreciate your words of wisdom ladies, you're right I have to draw a line under this and get back on track.

there's one thing that's better than nutella and that is nutella ice cream! i had it in the south of france and italy and oh my lord it is amazing! roll on holiday time! lol ...i'm coming off plan and i will be eating that as my staple diet for 16 days
