I dont know about 790 but from the post of here in the past the weight loss seems the same. Im currently on my 1st AAM week and from the quanity that you are allowed it cant possibly slow down your weight loss.
I think they should rename add a meal to add a bite!!!

Hi, I've a lot more to lose than you plus I've only been at it for less than 3 weeks but I've lost just over a stone, so i think the weight losses are still good on 790. I'm sticking with it anyway..It's Sooo easy. I love it!!

Hi, I am doing the 790 plan and so far in 2 weeks have lost 8.5lb,:) so you can still lose quite a bit.

Thanks Suex ..I've been told my my CDC this morning that I will have to go straight to AAM in two weeks at my next weigh in .... so was just wondering as I have been losing really really well on SSing .. but 8.5lbs in 2 weeks . I could deal with that!!! Well done you!!

Thanks. I was originally going to switch to SS and use 790 as a way of getting inot it easier. I had a bad time the 1st few days as I hadn't cut down my carbs, but now I'm into 790 and losing, I'm reluctant to do SS so 790 it is for the time being.

You're doing fantastically well too......well done!!

Aw! Thanks TM .. I have really stuck to it 100% even going to Portugal for a week (which was quite hard I have to say) but the rewards are becoming evident ... it's the most amazing feeling ...

You keep doing whatever suits you ... if you're losing .. GREAT ... as the saying goes, if it's not broke, don't fix it!!!

OMG! Going to Portugal for a week and SSing..That really IS dedication!! I had my holiday in the canaries over xmas before I started....but actually on 790 I feel I COULD maybe go away and manage it...It just means chicken salad for your evening meal each night. I'm not wanting to go away again til I'm at target though. Thinking about a City Break maybe as a reward. I'll not book it til we're finished this diet though. Gives me something to look forward to.

City Break .. Oooh!! There's a nice idea .. and great motivation too.Was going to try to take DH away for his birthday in March but plane times are not great for us (more limited going from Dublin than UK) with getting someone to mind our little munchkin!!

Still hoping to get to France this summer either the three of us or possibly a gang of us, mostly from UK where we used to live (DH is English) with their kids which would be amazing fun!! AND I will be really slim and looking goooood!!

I never noticed you were from Dublin..I might go there on my city break!! I went a few years ago on a girls weekend. Had a fabulous time. we were thinking somethere like Berlin or Barcelona. I'd like to go somethere I haven't been to before.

Hello,

well started 790 back at start of oct...have a look at my losses.
I am boring with the meals however! On the last haul and it really slows down! 11stone is my healthy bmi but am planning to go half stone under it, however have decided that soon as i get to 11 stone on 790 am going to do a month on 1000 or however long to lose another half stone! (plus loads of exercise, because I do love it!!)

wow, you've done fantastically. and month 4 is still 8lbs off which is still great. I'm a bit in danger of getting fed up with meals too. I have either chicken or turkey every night. I do use different herbs and spices though and I sometimes have no fat garlic mushrooms which I love. Have you any good meal ideas??

Oh I hope I'm telling you right and that we're allowed this and I've not been cheating without knowing it!!

Just wash the mushrooms and throw them in a wok with a little water and garlic granules and stir!!

When hubby does them he just does them the same but in the microwave then throws them on the George Foreman... They're nice either way...Maybe better check the garlic granules though...Anyone know if we're ok with that??

It would work with a little freshly chopped garlic too.
