AAM questions!

Hi all

Right so I am doing AAM this week and to be honest with you I have never done one properly before I just used to eat whateve I wanted to on AAM minus the carbs! I know I am cr*p! So anyway I am about to start on AAM this week and don't know what I am meant to have or anything!

Is it the same as the 790?

The portions are much lower than 790. Off the top of my head it's 50g chicken OR turkey OR 80g white fish OR 100g reduced fat cottage cheese. There is also tofu I think but can't remember how much. Then you have 2 tablespoons of green veg from the list which include celery, cucumber, lettuce, spinach etc. No oils or any carbs.
