AAM questions!

Hi all!

I'm starting my AAM week tomorrow and can't wait!!! I'm just a little worried as I really don't want to gain any weight so I need a few things clearing up if possible!

In the yellow CD booklet, it says to have "2 serving spoons" of the vegetables - I have no idea what this means!!! Is it a tablespoon of veg (if so, is it heaped or relativelyflat :confused:)
or is there an exact weight I should be aiming for?
Also, is iceberg lettuce ok?

Question questions! lol
I'm just so worried as I've never done AAM before and I really want to keep losing weight ready for Xmas!!
