AAM week

Hi everyone,

I'm just about to start my first AAM...I know that I can eat 'green and white'...but not peas! I haven't quite got my head around why not, so are there any other 'greens' that I can't have; or do you have suggestions of what I can have.

Some green vegetables such as peas and green peppers contain sugar that can jeopardise ketosis.

If you check on page 8 of your weight care book then it lists the greens that are allowed.

Peas are a legume and as such are rich in complex carbohydrates.

I would imagine they can knock you out of ketosis
