And just asked for AAMW sticky - was hoping people would post their recipes - want to see how inventive it gets as I do my first AAM in 2 weeks and want to be prepared :) heres hoping.... xxx

One this I would recommend is Celariac as you can do everything with it that you can do with pototes !

Veg

2 tablespoons of one of the following...

green salad leaves eg. roquette, lambs lettuce watercress, raddiccio, little gem/romain lettuces.

celery, cucumber or red raddishes, musrooms

courgettes or marrow

broccoli, cauliflower or any cabbage including pickled cabbage.

spinach, kale, turnip or taro tops

asparagus, fennel and celeriac

chinese leafy greens such as pak choi or chinese cabbage.

don't add salt or fat but add herbs and a wee bit of stock if you want.


Any non startchy veggie is allowed.

cant wait for the chicken cauli and brocolli. yum yum. my favourite part of a meal. lol

this is giving 3 weeks to menu plan lol.
