Hi All. Have done W8 for the last 8 weeks or so and got really fed up with it. I know that a lot of people manage to stick to it but after a few weeks I was really struggling. Have been looking on here for a while and think Atkins may be the one for me. Have ordered book from Amazon and have ordered a selection of Atkins bars etc (in case of desperation!), but just really longing to eat proper food again. Eggs, chicken, lamb etc. Will join in the Friday weigh-in, perhaps not this week as I've sort of carbed out the last couple of days - not feeling good on it though - what does that tell me? Will keep you posted.
