Hi all, I am a newbie SW slimmer, joined SW online last week, and started the healthy eating on Sunday. I am following the EE diet as I can't get my head around the coloured days.
I am confused about the FAT FREE Activia Snackpots, when I look it up on the syns online, it says 0 syns for the pot. When I put all the details on the syns calculator it comes back 5 syns for EE, red & original.
Please can someone help, am I ok to eat my yogurt sitting on my desk looking at me, or am I wasting 5 syns????

    Thanks in advance

Nope, they're free hun. The only one that isn't is the Peach snackpot (that's half a syn per pot).

Only use the calculator when you really have to. When you're using the it, you have to put in if there is any free food in what you're calculating - in this case, you need to make sure you select 'Eggs/Dairy' and then yoghurt. If you do that, it should come out as free

Ditto. If something is in the syns online, you don't need to use the calculator. It isn't as scientifically accurate as what the peeps at head office have already worked out, but is a good fall back for when you really can't find what you want listed x
