I am amazed today, not because the snow is still here, not because the sun is shining like a summers day,but because Asda have 16 Activia yogurts for £3.00 WOW
thought I just had to share it all with you.maybe I dont get out enough or something ,or just dont pay attention normally, but as we are all pre-occupied with yogurts it may be of interest:D:D:D:D

I tried an Activa fat free for the first time yesterday and really liked it following on from our name a veggie syn free yoghurt conversation. The cherry is yum, so I'll look out for the pack in ASDA, strawberry are no good though as they have insects in (icky)

You'd be surprised how many things have cochineal colouring in it. Synthetic red food dyes have turned out to be a bit dangerous, so they've returned to the natural ones. You may turn your back on strawberry yogurt, but you can bet you're eating it somewhere else, so I shouldn't worry about it too much. At least it's natural... I can't even pronounce some of the chemicals in some foods. THOSE are the things that really worry me!
