The natural is 3.5 syns per 130g and the vanilla and strawberry are 4.5 syns per 130g - they are definitely not a free food!

Just for future reference, could you post syn value requests in the syn value sub forum to save the mods having to move posts.

you could always water down syn free yogurt with your hex milk or water
