Extra ProPoints Activity Points

Hi all, wondering if you can help. I'm new to WW & I'm doing it online/using the app on my iPhone. I had points left over from my weekly pro points & then 27 activity points. Drinking last night I went over my weekly pro points & it said -3 weekly pro points & it said I still had 27 activity points?? When can you use those? Do they have to be used on the day that you earn them & do they ever go down on the app? Lol! Help would be appreciated... I drank so much as I thought I had the points to use!! Thanks Beth - ps lost 5lb this week!!
 
Hey, You get 49 weekly points to fool around with. First, it will use your daily points. If these are finished, it will eat into your weekly points. When these are used up, it uses your activity points. In your settings, you can decide if you want to use your activity points daily or weekly. I use mine weekly as I normally have a blow out at the weekend and alcohol is very high in points. Well done on the loss!! u must have done a lot of exercise to get 27 activity points! I have a 4 month old boy... Lots of walking in the pram!! Thank you, I will have a look at my settings & adjust them to weekly as I too enjoy a blow out at weekends!! X
 
Hi there,
I'm looking for some advice on activity points.
I weigh 10st7lb - I run 3miles/5km x2 per wk & 5milesx2per wk - I always feel like I've done a good workout - what activity pts am I earning per run?
I've been pointing it at 2 & 3pts per run but not sure if that's enough - great if I could earn more!!

Any advice appreciated!
 
Hi there, 10 mins of running earns 2 points so work it out from there : )
