Aqua-aerobics, 15 mins = 1.5 points
Aerobics, 15 mins = 1.5 points
Swimming, 15 mins = 2.0 points

May be a bit out of date now, as have had it for a few years. Will give you a rough idea though, until someone comes along with a more up to date figure. :)

Thankyou!! thats so helpful! so thats 4.5 for every aquafit and aerobics session and 4 for swimming. I do one of each every week so thats 13 points a week! Yes!!!! i know i can only save 12 but still, thats the maximum :D xx

Lol starlight! Im supposed to have work tonight but they just cancelled my shift so am gonna go to aquafit! am well chuffed as they only do it on thurs and sun but normally cant go on thurs due to work. So tonight is a bonus!! xx

alas, aquafit was full, so i just had a swim instead! Still exercise tho, just not as enjoyable as aquafit. Have booked onto the sunday session instead!! Im really enjoying doing exercise at the mo... I even went on to go bowling last night after my swim :) super active meeeee! Lol! Didn't spend my activity points either so thats a bonus.

And it seems all my hard work may be paying off... the scales are on the move :D at last! xx

hey hun, im the least sporty person i know! seriously, the thought of it makes me shudder. But aquafit I REALLY enjoy and now I have found one or 2 DVDs i enjoy doing, suddenly its not so bad! I hate going to the gym and I cant imagine me EVER going for a run lol! Its all about finding the exercise you enjoy- I find the dance dvds really good as i love dancing (but am seriously a bad dancer so they help me to learn a few decent moves at the same time!) and swimming is really low impact and u dont get hot and sweaty! My type of workout! x
