Add a Meal query?

Hi all

I have been on CD for about 7 weeks but havent done AAM yet.
I have cheated occasionally so havent really counted this as 7 weeks solid SSing.
What should I do about AAM? Should I wait until I have completed another 5 weeks of ssing or should I just do AAM now?
I completely forgot to ask my CDC today and now I cant get hold of her!!


Any help would be great.

You should do AAM every fifth week of the diet regardless of whether you "nibble" inbetween.

I would recommend you do a proper AAM now then restart the four week programme.
