do you HAVE to do aamw?

or can you just carry on with shakes, soups and bars?
 
My cdc let me skip it (but i did it one week shortly after because my losses slowed and it kickstarted them again!). You can do it for 12/13 weeks now before you have to aam im not sure though
 
I'm on my 10th week SSing without a break, I am doing one at the end of week 11 at the latest because I should be 25 bmi by then hopefully, and even if I am not, I need to start moving up the plans, as I have holidays in July and I want to do 3 weeks moving up the plans before i go away :)
