Add A Meals Week

    Hi everyone, What are your experience of 'add a meal week'? Our CDC's are advising us to co-inside it with Valentine Day, so that will be doing it in 2 weeks time which means doing it on our 6th week. They said that although you can follow the plan for 12 weeks before doing it, CD prefers that it is added after 4-6 weeks. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    After 8 weeks of good losses I STSed and my CDC has told me to do an add a meal weak. So I have decided to do it. Here's to hoping it shocks my body back to losing the pounds. I believe if you stick to the diet and you are determined to do it it should go well. Plus you don't have to have the meal you could have an extra pack and the milk.
