Hallo All!! After successfully losing 3 stone on the Cambridge diet 2 years ago, I have battled with a stone that comes and goes as it pleases! A new and happy relationship and a Christmas have bought this back on so I've started Exante to shift a stone... And a half. I'm no stranger to meal replacement and have the will power of a Trojan but I've found that the less I have to lose the more light headed/Ill I feel doing total meal replacement!! So today, I've added a (very small) bit of chicken breast to mushroom risotto... Your thoughts? Good or bad idea? Does anybody else add extras to packs? Thanks all in advance!
