Hi is anyone having problems adding reputations on this forum. i have tried three times tonight and it says i have to spread my reputation around but I haven't repped these people before ?

At the bottom of a person's stats you can see three icons, the middle one lets you add rep. Rep will just be seen by the person you are reping, I always add my name otherwise, if you receive a rep you've no idea who gave it. Hope that all makes sense
