I've stayed the same this week, which to be honest I'm pleased with. Mum's birthday, lovely meal out and too many home cooked nice things, so happy with stayed the same. However I'm going to be soooo good this week. 1 1/2lbs for 5 1/2 stone. Must do it this week!!!
