Advice about loss before joining please!!

Hi,

I was meant to join SW last Weds but didn't make it because of a stomach bug, so I weighed myself that morning just to get it out the way to be honest!! Anyway, I haven't eaten much since then, but gradually starting to eat again. I'll definately be joining this Wednesday, so should I take my starting weight to that, or, if I'm less than I was when I weighed myself can I count it as a loss? I don't want to cheat as I've signed up for challenges on here!

Whatever you weigh at group will be your starting weight. good luck x x
