Advice for new sw member on books

    Hi, I am joining sw tonight and was wondering if there are any extra books you think I would benefit from buying so I know whats free and how many sins are in, I remember years ago they had different ones for different shops can anyone tell me which ones they find best as I shop in different places, I am quite looking forward to tonight Its like a new challenge and have done mainly ww in past so feel sw will maybe motivate me and be easier to fit around my family. thanks Samx

    Hi Sam

    i am 5 week into the sw plan and have bought a couple of books and magazines, the 100 green days book is excellent and the branded free food booklet is very handy when your out and about or doing the shopping and you want to check something out. i have also found the sw magazines really motivational for the mid week "luls" and weekend temptations!!!

    Thanks, I'll order some of the books, just joined and weighed was horrified at what the scales said, but this just makes me all the more determined
