Advice from CDC's/CD Experts please

I tell my clients to try to drink over 3 litres a day pure water which helps with the loss.
THE MORE YOU DRINK THE MORE YOU SHRINK!
 
Yes, as linda says, the coffee is extra. You don't need loads of water though unless you are thirsty.

The 2.25L is adequate. There is no proof that extra water = extra weight loss, and I know some people are totally put off the diet by trying to drink more than they need.
 
Be careful not to drink too much as you can flush out essential salts eg potassium. If you do this you risk muscle ache or cramp which is so painful.
 
You need 4 pints (2.25 litres) of water, then you can have coffee / tea in addition to this.

Water is the best as it's calorie free & flushes out the burnt fat from ketosis....brilliant !!!
