Advice needed for bbq please.

I have been on ss for 5 weeks, with aamw last week where I managed 2 days and went back to ss.

We are having our family over next week and having a party/bbq (weather permitting Lol) :eek:

Can anyone tell me what would be better,
SS all week and eat sensibly, chicken and salad for the one day or do say the 790 plan for the week.
Anyone any thoughts please, I don`t drink anyway so not worried about that :D

personally, I would just eat a 790 style meal on the one day, but Im not an expert.

I just think that if you are coping well on SS, theres no need to 790 for a whole week. As long as you stick to allowed foods you should stay in ketosis which will help you get back onto ss the next day.
