    I am on day 3
    I have been doing fine
    in ketosis
but I am very very dizzy today
    the room is spinning
    I had a shake at 8am and a tetra at 11.30am
but I feel very weak and dizzy??
I am worried, I am working tomorrow and I need to be able to work
    will this pass?
    what can I do??
if I had half a chicken fillet later, would it help with the dizziness?

Yes its normal and it will pass.
Don't eat anything, it will just make you more hungry.

Just drink plenty of water and have a nap if possible, thats what worked for me.

Drink plenty of water and get lots of rest and it will pass.

Im not sure about having the chicken, I just waited for the dizziness to pass.

You should be able to work tomorrow, my dizzy spells never lasted more than 3-4 hours and stopped totally after my 4th day.

Take a paracetamol and drink as much water as you can stomach, slowly of course, and you should feel a bit better.

If you are rushing about after 3 young children then perhaps having a bit of time on ss+ and then working down to ss would be a better option for you at the moment, I know it was for me. x
