Hey,
Im really stuck in a rut and don't know what to do!!
Iv done sw before and lost over 1 stone and then couldn't lose anything else i paid each week for a few months and sts or gained playing with the same few pounds i even tried the express thing and still didnt work. This was the first time i went to class, i rejoined after gaining back the stone and only managed to lose 5lbs before same thing happened.
I have PCOS and an underactive thyroid (recently been put on a small dose of thyroxine since January), iv been trying to lose weight by eating 1000-1300 cals a day but only lost 2lbs this month and its really got me down, last month was just 0.5lb so considering trying slimming world again i really want to lose around 2.7 stone. I excercise each day - at least 40 minutes power walking and go to Zumba for an hour on a Tuesday! I am also going to start a step class on a monday.
Does anyone else have similar problems? Any advice for me?
Really confused as most my friends and family are telling me not to go back to sw as didn't work the last time i tried to rejoin - i lost 5lbs and then couldn't lose anymore but there is a new consultant at my old class now and im tempted to try again.
