Advice needed!!!!

    into 9th day 2day and since starting 2nd week, im finding it difficult to stomach 3 shakes/soups....im still drinking loads of water, but worried it might effect my weight loss nxt week. im still having 2 packs a day!??

    what do u think? does anyone else feel the same?

    you need to have the 3 hun. its very important u might not lose weight if you dont have your 3. they have all the vits and min's you need so make sure you get the 3of them into you. Dont mess with your health :)

    Limiting the amount of packs you have beyond the minimum requirement will undoubtedly hinder your weight loss. You must remember that you are on a VLCD and the amount of calories you are ingesting has been deemed the absolute minimum amount you need in order to function.

    Having fewer than three packs per day not only deprives you of nutrients, but also of energy, protein and even, if you think about it, water. Your body will go into starvation mode and try to preserve as much of its stored energy - i.e. fat! - as possible.

    What is it particularly that you find hard? :)
