Advice Needed

Alright everyone

I've decided to try the weight watchers diet as my mum has lost a lot of weight on it. The only problem is I am away for work every week and all week, sunday evenings until friday afternoons . This means I have no control over what I eat for dinner, everything else like breakfast and lunch is fine. (explained in my intro thread why)

I thought that I could count points during the day for breakfast, lunch and snacks but I was just wondering how many points should I take away from my daily total so I don't have to count in dinner.

I worked out I would get 31 points a day so how many points should I take off of this?

Its really impossible to say. Meals vary so much on points value. What kind of food will you be having??
 
during the day just eat sensibly and healthy as possible so as much fruit as possible, low fat yoghurts, healthy sandwiches etc etc, also try to save a few points for the weekend.
