Hiya! New here. Been doing TS for a week now. Some of the meals- espesh my ‘porridge’ this morning seem to be coming out a bit watery, even though I’m using the amount it says. Do y’all use the amounts of water on the packets or should I use a bit less? Xx

I usually use a bit less, about 10-20ml less than suggested for the porridge, pasta and noodles. It is a bit of trial and error to get things your way but worth the effort. Good luck x

I'm the same, mix up water a little at a time to get right consistancy, I do put more water in my shakes tho
