Advice on missing shakes please!!

Hi ya,
I've been on the SS plan for 3 weeks this Wednesday (Not that I'm counting!!) but for the last two days I have totally forgot to have all my shakes (I have three a day) due to being busy.
I don't feel unwell or anything but wondered what are the problems when you do this?
Someone I know who did this as a way of helping her loose more weight said it doesn't hurt and the losses are greater and another person said she felt really ill if she missed her shakes/soups/bars.
I'm not meaning to miss them but just forget as I'm not hungry!!

I'm just hoping it won't affect my weekly losses at all.
I'm going to set a alarm on my phone to remind me from now on I think!

Can you put 3 packs out on the worktop every morning so they are more visible? Its not a good idea to miss a pack as you need the vital nutrients in each one to remain healthy whilst on CD.
I didnt have my last one until just before 10 last night as i didnt feel hungry and had forgotten i had only had two but had a tetra anyway.

It is essential you have all three of your packs as each contains a third of your daily nutrition, take one away and you will fall below safety levels.

You will not lose weight faster by having only two packs in fact the opposite will happen as your body will be starving and will store whatever you have and hold onto the fat stores.

The only time you drop to 2 packs is when you start stabilisation at 1000 cals and you have 2 packs a breakfast, lunch and dinner.

So to ensure you keep healthy and lose weight properly and quickly please take all three.
