Advice please for the 810 plan

Hey All,

After re-starting, today is day 5 for me and I am still NOT in ketosis. I am really struggling on SS and I am thinking of moving up to the 810 plan to lose the remainder of my weight which is around 2 stones.

Please can you tell me the do's and don'ts on the 810 plan? I do not have the book that everyone is talking about and my CDC is on holiday for the next 3 weeks.

Any advice? I really hope so x

i will post a couple of picture from the 810 page this should help you.

Hope these help

I loved 810...just make sure you have plenty of back up options - the cottage cheese is difficult to buy in the portions they state so you are left with leftovers. Weigh your chicken into the right weights in advance, a George Foreman is invaluable for quickly getting your protein on in a hurry. For the first two weeks try to make sure you can only access one portion of protein at a time just to stop going mad and eating a whole chiken or something.

Those are my tips ;)

Thanks very much for your responses and tips.I will look into thumbnails and see whether I can print them off.

I think the plan may be a little difficult as I do not eat any meat apart from fish..... I guess that I will have to be very inventive with my meals.

You can have quorn, eggs and chick peas on 810 too, so you don't just have to stick to fish.

I used to love a mushroom and green pepper omelette when I was on 810 - still do on 1000 in fact:D

Good luck with it all.

Just realised something.... hey Sarah, nice to see you here again.

Lenny, thanks for the suggestion but me being such a fussy eater means that I do not eat eggs. Omelettes seems to be everyone's favourite though.
