Hello,
I completed foundation on lighter life, and then swapped to cambridge just after christmas. I've lost 3lbs short of 6 stone , in 6 months. BUT, recently my weight loss has really slowed... well almost stopped!
I've tried moving up to SS+ and back down to SS to see if this would boost my weightloss, but with no success. According to the scales I haven't lost anything in the last week & half! This isn't a one off, which I could put down to water retention etc - my weight loss over the last month has been been about 1lb/week
I have another stone to go to a bmi 25, which I wanted to get to before moving up the programs. Unfortunatley, my hair has been falling out steadily for the last few months, so I'm not sure wether its a good idea to continue on ss/ss+.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has reached a simillar plateau - and if so what did you do? How can you NOT be losing weight on so little calories!?
