recieved some bad news today that my partner lost his job, so for now i'm going to have to come of my diet i have been doing it since August and have lost 6 stone was hoping to loose another 2 before i came off but we just cant afford it.
i'm really worried i'll put the weight back on in the meantime can anyone give me meal tips (suitable for veggie) or advice, reall gutted and upset with the situation x

I'm sorry to hear of your unfortunate news.

You should really talk to your CDC about this as they will be able to advise you on the correct thing to do. The worst thing is to just dump the diet and having the weigh come back on.

Personally I would recommend a low carb diet with lots of protein and veg balanced diet. Having said that, it's not cheap to eat healthy, and may be cheaper to actually be on the CD??

Again, sorry to not be of much help and you really should talk to your CDC.

I was just going to say the same thing about the cost

It costs me less to do CD than it does to eat normally... and I do mean healthily when I say that...

But it is up to you... I would recommend that you do speak to your CDC for the best advice, as you may put on with the wrong advice

Hope you can get something sorted. I spend less a week now on the food shopping bill now I am not buying for me. Even with the cost of CD calculated in the equation, it is still cheaper for us as a family
