Advice please

Hi guys I know I shouldn't weigh myself before weigh in thurs however I am due on which doesn't help I had my meal last night quite a big dinner of burgers sw chips and savoury rice it was after work at 9pm I weighed myself this morning and gained a few pound I ate quite a lot of free food yesterday as well and drank lot of coffee do you think it will right itself by thurs xx

Im the same i cant kick the habit of the scales god i wish i could!!! You still have quite a bit in the tank so to speak so im sure you can claw back some by thursday i find drinking loads of water and upping the speed foods works wonder last 2 days b4 weigh in im a thursday weigh in too, for me personally its bread that gives me that gain b4 weigh in so im avoiding it this week just to see.... have a good day x
