Advice please! :)

I've been speaking to a colleague today who looks fab and it turns out it's due to this diet.

I've been doing weight watcher for years but have recent lost my way and put on about 11 pounds. A few weeks ago I started calorie counting at 1200 a day but not losing a thing.

I have a VERY busy lifestyle, stressful job, hectic social life etc. Lots of social meals - does this diet have any chance of fitting in with this? Should I try slim fast for a week first?

I'm 11 stone 2 and 5ft6. I'd love to be 9.13 again. Has anyone got similar stats to me and it's working?

Any help or advice would be appreciated before I spend £100 on shakes!

Iv gone from 10.13 to 9.8 in 8 weeks and I'm 5'3 with still 8lbs to go see my diary etc if you like xx
