Advice please

Hi everyone ive been on so many diets I never lose anoth and I don't stick to them find it so hard all I think about is food it's like a drug to me ! I need to lose 4 stone to be healthy I did motivation which I lack and I also switch diets just don't know were to go next or what diet to do I've done ww and sw and rosemary Conley please any help or advice be good x

Hi there and welcome to Minimins! I really know what you mean, I struggle too with sticking to diets. I can barely make it through the first day! I am gonna give low carb eating another go as I really need to cut out all forms of sugar. It just feeds my cravings for rubbish, have a look around the boards and see if anything appeals to you.

Ive tried every diet going, except the really low cal ones, too hardcore for me. Ive never stuck to any!

The best ive found is Weight watchers online. I dont like the meetings so this is perfect for me. someone told me if you stick to the golden rule of 'weigh, track, eat' no matter what your eating, it will always work for you. Even if your being bad track it, and you will see a pattern you can try and overcome. If you have a smartphone its even better as you can just track during the day on there and use the website when you have more time.
