Hiya,
I've been on Cambridge a couple of times since August last year. I started last August at 16.1 n went down to 13.13 in 3 weeks-so amazing losses on ss 100%
Every time I came off its cos I felt sooo rough n I really enjoy exercise and do modern jive dancing twice a week, plus light gym sessions, and I couldn't do hardly anything last time!
I now weigh 14.7 which is fine after some Easter chocs etc (not been on Cambridge for a while) so I'm happy with that but I wanna lose another 1.5st and have about 2weeks of product left so I can do that in this time, but I would love tips on having energy... I have enough water, I have 3 shakes I'm 5ft 8... Should I have 4?? Will that affect losses? I'm fortunate enough not to have much to lose but I wanna at least carry on dancing without feeling like fainting :-( feel that was straight after a product too :-/
