Sorry about this everyone.:sigh:
I always get the runs when I start this diet so was expecting this time as well, but I've never had it this bad before. Too scared to even go out !
Already started this morning & I've not had a pack yet.
I've always been a big black coffee drinker so I don't think its the coffee.
I've lost 5 lbs so far this week & think all of that has come out of my arse !!! This is my 3rd day of this.
Do you think it will pass if I continue with CD or should I come off it.

Drink plenty of water before and after each shake.

Split the shakes so that you have 6 instead of 3

This is caused by the concentration of nutrients in the packs.

Hope all goes well

It is not always the concentration of minerals it can be an intolerance to lactose. Have you tried the lactose free shakes.

Also can you rule out the possibility of a tummy bug?

Hi Lighterme,

It could be the coffee. Coffee can cause a laxative affect.

STBG is right, the water should help also try spitting the packs.

Hedgemag had a good point also. I orginally did the diet on the milk based shake, but when I returned to the diet some time later I had to swap to the Lactose3 because of the same problem. I notice while I was maintaning my weight loss I would get the runs when I had dairy based things.
