    Evening everybody,

After nearly 2 weeks on CD, i realise that i like to have a porridge for breakfast, a soup for lunch and a mousse for dinner.
I was just wondering if this will hinder my weight loss due to the extra cals & carbs ill be having?
I lost 14lbs my 1st week (very proud) but after 6 days of week 2, i jumped on the scales and have lost maybe 2lb?

    What do you think?

My scales never show the same weight as the CDC's scales so wait and see how you do-and if you're happy having a porridge, a shake and a mousse then you stick with it :)

Your allowed to have all of your choices in 1 day so you should be fine, mousse does have slightly more cals but 1 a day will be fine. If it keeps you feeling ok and are enjoying it i wouldnt rock the boat. Some weeks we have great losses others not so great but as long as we stick to it 100% it will work.

I think having lost 16lbs in a fortnight you need to relax a bit. :)

Take it easy, aim for the stone a month and let your body do its thing

I lost 10lbs my first week, then 1.5 my second. Didn't panic though, just settled into it and lost 5.5lbs my second.

It comes around in the end just enjoy the diet and the time you are on it.
