Evening everybody,
After nearly 2 weeks on CD, i realise that i like to have a porridge for breakfast, a soup for lunch and a mousse for dinner.
I was just wondering if this will hinder my weight loss due to the extra cals & carbs ill be having?
I lost 14lbs my 1st week (very proud) but after 6 days of week 2, i jumped on the scales and have lost maybe 2lb?
What do you think?
