Advice re shakes

    Starting JUDDD today.

    Quick question for everyone- what shakes are you using?

    I've got the Tony Ferguson and Slim Fast ones. Each serving for TF is abou 202 cals and SF is 230. Two servings being 404 or 460. So how do you make up to 500 cals?

    I wouldn't worry about being slightly under 500 cals - I don't always have 500 on a DD. Good luck with JUDDDD!
