Advice....?

Ok.... So tonight I'm going out for curry. After held from amazing lady on here decided chicken biriyani was way forward....
this is 12.5 syns but can take off 6 for HE...
Just been told it's often thigh or leg meat which is no good for me....
Ive been a veggie for years but due to medical reasons been told to start eating chicken....
Just got myself into breast meat, but I just can't stomach the the thought of the rest of it....
Is there a similar dish in syn value or heat anyone could recommend?
Or what would a vegetable biriyani be syn wise....?
Dinner is at 7.30pm

I think my friend had veg Dhansak?? Which she thought was lower than anything else. Do you have the food directory to check?

You could always ask the person cooking to make a no/ low oil dish for you, say it's for health reasons lol x
