advise please

HI,
The biggest most discontent winge bag here.
Most of you prob know me!!!
Anyhow my obsession continues- I have now lost nothing as yet another pound has gone on. Been on induction for 17days. Yes eat the right stuff. Stopped the cheese, cream and drink enough.
The thing I was wondering about is I have just read on some website blog thingy, is that people like me (whose body is determined to remain a fat blobby thing) should go back on the carbs for a couple of days then come off them again and repeat this for a week or so.
Does this make sense, or should I stick doing what I am doing and hope that I start to lose.

Well, I certainly wouldn't advise it. What is a typical day's meals for you?
My typical menu is:
B baby advocado pear or 2 low carb sausages (2g)
L-tuna mayo salad (leaves only)
d-steak, salad (leaves only)
Water water water
I drink 3 cups of tea and one two coffee made with watered down double cream
 
Ahhh, right. You aren't eating enough are you? You have probably gone into starvation mode. You might need to add some snacks in.
Sorry leanne that was just a menu of the top of my head.
I eat loads worked out my calories yesterday and it was about 2000. so here is what I had yesterday.
B-x2 sausages
L- packet of ham salad leaves 70g of pork scratchings
D-Pork steak salad leaves x4 streaky bacon
with the salads I had a total of about 4tbs of mayo and olive oil and vinigar dressing.This is far more of a typical day.
