my friend has a bmi of 25.5. which programme of cd is suitable for her? she has her heart set on SS but i know the rules have changed recently.

Im not a CDC but I would say 810

The rules for starting SS is that you have to BMI 25 + 1 stone. So your friend is to small to SS (or SS+ i think). Hopefully a CDC will be along in a mo to tell you which plan she can do.
