After 30 weeks of abstinance, I'm starting RTM next week

Hi All,

After 30 weeks of abstinance, and losing 8 stone, I will be starting RTM next week.

I feel great, and I really want to maintain my current weight (i.e. not gain any during RTM).

Judging by what people say, I may lose a couple lbs if anything.

Anyway, please wish me luck
